Available in the largest diameter range, our seals are suitable for all types of polymers including PET, HDPE, PP, PVC and even glass compatible variants.
Safe Seal (SS) Series
Ideal for sealing of dry products and liquids where soaking of pulp board is not critical for the product's usability
Advantages- Works well for dry and single use wet products
- Two piece induction heat seal liners
- Provides tamper evidence and a first-rate hermetic seal
- Leakage prevention and freshness preservation
- Strong moisture barrier due to the pulp board being impregnated with wax after induction sealing
Safe Reseal (SR) Series
Perfectly suitable for products which are opened and ultilized multiple times
Advantages- Works well for dry and mutiple use wet products
- Ideal for situations where barrier protection and reseal properties are critical
- Two piece induction heat seal liners
- Provides tamper evidence and a first-rate hermetic seal
- Retains specific properties of products such as aroma, dryness, fragrance for longer period of time
XL Lite Series
This series contains single piece induction heat seal cap liner. Recommended for products with closures that are used as dispenser
Advantages- Works well for all kinds of dry and wet products
- These seals can be supplied as tamper indicating or clean peel seals as per customer requirements
XL Vented Seals
This type of seals consists of single or two piece induction liner that is converted into vented liner using a breathable membrane
Advantages- Micro porous structure of membrane repels liquids but allows free passage of air
- Ideal for products that generate gases or create vacuum inside a sealed container
- Helps to maintain an equilibrium between the inside and outside pressure of the packed product
- Useful for containers prone to bloating and paneling issues
XL Top Pull Tab Seals
These seals provide consistent sealing integrity compared to regular tab seals
Advantages- The special half-moon tab enables easy peeling of the seal for consumers
- Ideal for household cleaners, food and cosmetic products
XL Security Seals
This type is usually preferred for consumer promotions that require adding information on the seal
Advantages- Ideal for printing unique variable alpha numeric codes, QR codes, Nano text, UV light activated hidden text/ image
- Customisable to client requirements
XL Holographic Seals
Ideal for sealing of dry products and liquids where soaking of pulp board is not critical for the product's usability
Advantages- Can be imprinted on existing wads without change in its structure or properties
- Durable to high temperature induction sealing
- Holographic image does not shrink or distort during the sealing
XL Wax Free Seals
This type of seals eliminates the use of wax by using two piece induction liners and temporary bonding to pulp board or EP foam using polymeric separation
Advantages- Freshness retention of contents
- Ideal for pharmaceuticals, food products and coffee powder
